Dr. Scott Bohlke is a licensed physician and owner of Bohler Family Practice, the oldest established practice in Bulloch County. He is a former Major in the U.S. Air Force, serving four years for our country. He graduated from the University of Georgia, where he was a 3 year baseball Letterman and proceeded to play professional baseball in the minor league system of the Atlanta Braves. He completed his medical degree at the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta and completed his residency at the Medical Center of Columbus, Georgia. He has been married to his wife, Jennifer, for 30 years and they have four adult children.
