Sara Shelton

Sara Shelton began with Georgia Professional Health Program in 2015, as the Program Operations Manager, and later transitioned to case management in 2016. She now serves as GAPHP’s Senior Case Manager. Before her role with GAPHP, she was employed by Ridgeview Institute for over 8 years in multiple capacities. Her most recent position as the Administrative Coordinator of the Recovering Professionals Program offered experience in overseeing and monitoring healthcare professionals in early recovery. In this position, she served as the sole case manager for nurses, physicians, pharmacists and attorneys; and provided oversight for these professionals upon their completion of treatment. While in this role, she became familiar with the mission and purpose of GAPHP and was excited to join the team when the opportunity arose.
