Charmaine received her medical education at Kettering College in Kettering, Ohio in 2002. She is a skilled physician assistant at Alliance Spine & Pain in Marietta, Georgia. She has been employed here since 2007, specializing in the care and treatment of spine pain patients. She specializes in interventional options for pain control to minimize pharmaceutical dependence. She also serves a primary educator in her office for spinal cord stimulation. Prior to joining Alliance Spine, she specialized in Neurosurgery for 5 years. She is board certified by the NCCPA and a fellow member of the American Association of Physician Assistants and the Georgia Association of Physician Assistants.
She has had the privilege of serving as PA ex-officio to the Georgia Composite Medical Board from 2014-2024. During her tenure with the composite medical board she served on various committees. She is uniquely qualified for this position as she has served on the Wellness committee for the last 5 years, 2 of which as chair. Through Wellness, she’s had the opportunity to become uniquely acquainted with the Georgia PHP, Dr. Earley and Robin McCown. She understands the importance of this program and the value it provides to Physicians and Physician Assistants health throughout the state.
When not working, Charmaine enjoys playing Pickleball with her husband, exercising at the gym, and reading.
