Elise Marinos, LCSW

Program Manager

Elise Marinos is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of experience in mental health, recovery services, and program development. Prior to joining GAPHP, she served nearly five years as Assessment Coordinator at Talbott Recovery Campus, where she led interdisciplinary evaluations and developed psychoeducational programming tailored to healthcare professionals. As GAPHP’s inaugural Program Manager, Elise supports participant care and oversight, working closely with the Executive Director to expand the program’s reach and impact. Her deep commitment to compassionate care and structured recovery reflects GAPHP’s mission to promote the health and well-being of Georgia’s professional healthcare community.

Outside of work, Elise is a budding pickleball enthusiast and aspiring ballroom dancer, especially drawn to Swing and Latin styles. She’s a longtime and active member of the Al-Anon Family Groups, and her love of travel often includes attending AA and Al-Anon meetings —connecting with recovery communities wherever she goes!
